Healthy Homemade Ranch Dressing or Dip

Can you tell I'm on a kick posting about clean eating? 

I have been eating gluten-free and dairy-free again the past few months. There are certain things you just miss, like ice cream or a creamy ranch dressing. So here you go, a super simple, super clean, health-building version of ranch with ZERO junk. 

Healthy Ranch Dressing or Dip 

2 cups Veganaise mayonnaise*
1/4 cup water (leave water out for a dip)
1 1/2 Tablespoons parsley 
2 Tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar 
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (ideally Himalayan or Real Salt)
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a quart jar. Shut tightly with the lid and shake vigorously until mixed well. Easy! 

*Veganaise is a healthy mayonnaise sold at health food stores in the fridge isle. If you live in northern Utah, I buy mine at Good Earth. The grapeseed oil version is a super healthy oil so that's my favorite kind. If you can't find that, just use another healthy mayonnaise.
