A great little video wake up call about how addictive media can be

"I don't think I'm addicted to my phone. ... It's kind of a leash though, 'cause you always have to be on it."

If teens use an average of nine hours of media each day, how will they have enough time to become and do what God sent them to earth to become and do?

Adults struggle with this too. I fight the tendency to spend too much time on my phone or the computer myself. It's easy to get sucked into technology and spend more time than you meant to.

This is a fight worth fighting.
